Ricardo is one of Chrimata’s founder and acts as Managing Partner, being responsible for investor’s relations as well for overseeing borrower origination, structuring and monitoring activities.

He has 20+ years of experience in Corporate Banking and Financial Markets, has a comprehensive knowledge of Agribusiness, especially in the Soybean/Corn/Cotton market, Sugar & Ethanol and Pulp & Paper.

Ricardo has worked for 10 years at BBM Bank, being a Senior Manager since 2006, where he led the commercial team from origination to structuring to recovery (when necessary) of credit assets. He made Partner in 2007 and he held since 2011 a position as co-Head of the Corporate Credit Desk, expanding his activities to all over Brazilian territory.

Prior to joining BBM, he had worked for Citibank as product sales officer (with a focus on sugar & ethanol) and as a relationship manager at Itaú, managing client portfolios of various industries.

Ricardo holds a B.S. in Business Administration and an M.B.A., both from FGV – Fundação Getúlio Vargas in São Paulo.

Rodrigo Kuchauskas is Chrimata’s Founder and Senior Partner. He is responsible for all commercial efforts, especially origination and monitoring activities and portfolio management in general.

He developed his career working in the commercial area of respected financial institutions, focused on providing credit to the agribusiness sector.

Rodrigo has served as an Associate Director at MetLife Agricultural Investments, where he originated and structured long term deals (7-15 years), with large tickets (USD 20-100 Mn), introducing a new model of agribusiness financing, with conditions unseen before in the Brazilian market.

He has also worked at Banco Original as Regional Director, in charge of the credit portfolio in Mato Grosso State. He was also a Relationship Manager at Banco Panamericano, where he sought out clients in the Midwest and Northeast of Brazil, mainly Soybean/Corn/Cotton producers. And previously, Rodrigo had worked at BBM Bank as a Relationship Manager, focused on the Sugar and Ethanol portfolio.

Rodrigo holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from Insper and a Master’s Degree in Finance and Economics from the same institution.
